An apprentice will:

  • Earn starting pay of $20 an hour (including benefits) for on-the-job training
  • Earn a raise every six months
  • Receive free tuition = no student loans to repay
  • Receive free medical insurance
  • Earn 1/2 of the credits required for an Associate's degree
  • Receive job placement services
  • Upon graduation, enjoy wages of $65,000 per year
  • Work anywhere in the country as a journeyman
  • Have the opportunity to retire with an excellent pension
