Work Card Rules...

Complete MONTHLY, not weekly.
Include ONE month only.
Due by the end of the 1st FULL week of the month.
When out of work, a work card is still required.
When out of work, all that needs to be completed is: apprentice name, month/year of work card, and "OUT OF WORK" for contractor/employer name.
Complete for YOUR TRADE only. If you are doing something other than your trade, please explain in the "Other" category so we know!
You will be sent home and it will count as an absence if your work card is late.
